In 2003, Barbara Watt established the Barbara Watt Foundation, a charitable organization for fund raising. This is a way for our offices to be involved in activities to raise donations for Easter Seals, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross and other deserving charities. Sales associates and business partners eagerly participate in donating to this entity.

The contributions of others including local businesses enables Sunbelt Realty to raise the bar each year increasing the amount of funds raised. CENTURY 21 Sunbelt Realty has been recognized as one of the largest contributors to Easter Seals.
